July has been a great month. Not just because it's summer, the birds are chirping, and the weather has been lovely—but also because the Innovation Team at Social Report sat down and ground out three amazing new features for Social Report users.
And while we are constantly adding new and innovative features to the platform, we're particularly excited to introduce this month's latest features—as we fairly confident you're going to find them quite useful. Here's what we've added to the Social Report platform over the last 30 days:
1. Integrate Your Team's ZenDesk with Social Report
Social Report and ZenDesk have joined forces to create happier customers! With this integration, you and your team will be able to easily turn direct messages on social media into support tickets, then manage them through to resolution from the ZenDesk stream. Here's what you need to do to integrate ZenDesk with Social Report.
2. Save Time and Reach a Wider Audience with Hashtag Templates
Find yourself using the same hashtags in your social posts? Forget about having to manually type them in each time you compose a post. With our new Hashtag Templates, you can save time by saving frequently used hashtags and pasting them into the post with the click of a button. Here's a complete breakdown on how to set up and use hashtag templates to post to social media more efficiently.
3. Take Advantage of Multiple Image Uploading
Social Report users can rejoice knowing that they can now directly upload multiple images at once to their Social Report projects. Previously, Social Report users needed to connect a Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox to be able to upload multiple images to their media library. Now, they can click the upload button in the media library and select multiple images, or simple drag and drop a range of selected images into the media library for upload.
